Waterfall Psyllum and Linseed

For those who are uncomfortable using an enema, the psyllium husk or flaxseed is a good alternative. Juice fasting is safe to use the psyllium husk. This produces mucilage: a substance in the form of a gel that swells within the intestine, helping to absorb toxins and speed up the process in itself. This can reduce the accumulation of toxins that occurs during fasting. The psyllium husk and flaxseed contain demulcente, an agent that soothes and protects the lining of the intestine. Its use also reduces diarrhea that can produce fruit juice, in addition to eliminating constipation that happens on a fast break. Two or three teaspoons of psyllium husk or two teaspoons of flaxseed a day (available at natural) as a supplement daily during the normal diet or a juice fast may be somewhat beneficial. One drawback of using psyllium or flaxseeds during fasting is the gel form, because it slows down the healing process. The psyllium used during a water fast, definitely congested airways. The team remains the best enema to help with healing. Use of psyllium husk and flaxseed to help cleanse the colon, must be a compromise.
